With just a few weeks left of meatless Friday’s I’m continuing to find and pin family friendly lent recipes to try with my family. I have so many delicious ones we turn to that we’ve shared here on GUBlife but also so many great recipes from our friends. I constantly want my kids to try new things so I’m documenting this not only for Lent but in hopes of adding a couple of Meatless Mondays to our meal plan. Do you have meatless days planned for dinner?
